Instead of eating bread, crispbread, flat bread or any other kind of bread daily, use some goodies like a cucumber or bell pepper as a base and fill it with some delicious toppings of your choice. Fill it for example with hummus, guacamole or salsa – very refreshing and filling ‘in between‘ meal!
