I have been going through some flu-like symptoms and have had no time dealing with it (do we ever have time to deal with the flu?). So I made these Power-Ice-Cubes. I juiced lemons and ginger – lots of it – and putted it into an ice cube form and froze it down. I have been drinking around two glasses per day for only two days and I feel like a new born.
Just put 1-2 ginger lemon ice cubes in a glass and pour warm water over them – and you will immediately get a warm, delicious drink that you can drink right away.
If you are feeling cold and out of sync in the morning, there is nothing as refreshing as a warm Ginger-Lemon-Water. It gives the body the warmth that it needs, your body and soul gets filled with energy and nutrition, inflammation in the body decreases and your digestion wakes up big time 🙂
To make a good tasting smoothie, you can add 1-2 ginger lemon ice cubes to your favorite smoothie and it will give it the freshness you have been looking for!!
