A smoothie filled with not just one, but a whole bunch of fruits will absolutely fill you up and make you feel satisfied and content. Here is one smoothie recipe, you might want to try!!
Recipe:
- 2 organic pears
- 1 cup of frozen mango (or fresh)
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh berries of your own choice, mix at least 2 varieties together. (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Lemon zest from 1/8 of an organic lemon
- 1,5 cup water
Directions:
- Cut pears into smaller pieces (same with mango if you use fresh mango)
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Mix well until silky smooth.
- Pour into a big mason jar or a beautiful glass and ENJOY!
