It is easy to make your own infused water. Just slice a lemon, lime, honey melon, ginger, mint, cilantro/coriander, rose leafs or any fruit, herb or flower you like, put it in a bottle/pitcher and fill with water. You can fill the bottle/pitcher up 3 times with the same fruits/herbs/flowers. A combinations are good too. I like honey melon and mint combination or strawberry and cilantro.
Stay hydrated by drinking “infused“ water, freshly made juices, smoothies and eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetable throughout the day.
