I love the sweet things in life positivity, peacefulness, happiness and energized people are few of those sweet things that energize me. When my energy is a bit low, I search for food that jumpstarts my energy. This drink is one of my jumpstarts. It tastes sooo sweet, without getting my blood sugar out of balance.
This is a perfect drink before training, as a start of a good day or when you seriously need your brain to work properly.
In a blender add:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1,5 cup of almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 8 dates
- 10 cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
Blend everything together until it gets smooth, pour in a glass and enjoy this super delicious milk-shake.
Feel how it recharges every cell in your body.
If you are not in the mood for the milky taste from the almond milk, you can use coconut water.
