Here is a super easy and delicious treat for you !
- Slice a medium riped banana
- Add some peanut butter on the top of the banana
Freeze it down for about half an hour
- Dip the frozen pieces in melted dark chocolate or make your own chocolate from agave syrup, coconut oil and cacao powder.
Put the chocolate covered pieces back to the freezer for an hour or so and it is ready to eat. If you don´t eat it all at once, keep it in the freezer, ready to be eaten next time you feel like having a sweet treat.
You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter, or even cashew butter. Both taste really yummy too.
