The digestive system in many people is very sensitive to wheat and other grain products. And when they consume these products they often feel tired, irritated or even aggressive. But for many it is easier said than done to leave these products out of the diet.
Here is a delicious pancake recipe that does not contain wheat or any other grain products. It is super easy to make and, oh, taste so delicious.
Recipe:
- 3 eggs
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Great healthy treat for the kids when they come hungry home from school, a weekend treat for the family or as your breakfast. Eat with fruits and berries, butter it, add syrup to it or just eat as is, filled with cinnamon and banana taste.
You can make about 12 – 15 mini pancakes from this recipe in about 20 minutes.
