This smoothie is so creamy, filling and delicious.
I hope you have some almond milk or other kind of nut milk in the fridge, but if not, learn how easy it is to make your own nut milk here. If you want, you can use a regular cows milk, but it can be very mucus forming and many people have a hard time digesting it, therefore I would recommend that you try using nut or seed milk instead.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ avocado
- 2 small bananas or 1 large
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 10 fresh raspberries
- ½ a vanilla pod or ½ a teaspoon vanilla1 cup almond milk
I happen to have strawberries and raspberries in the fridge, but all berries are good and filled with antioxidants.
This smoothie is really filling, so you might only drink half of it, but then you have the other half ready when you need to refuel or you can share it with a friend.
