Oatmeal pudding is a very filling breakfast and easy to make. I love simple things in life and oatmeal pudding is one of them.
But lets complicate things a little today and make a deluxe oatmeal edition . I hope I am not scaring you away, because it is not hard to make – just takes a little longer. I promise that you won’t regret the time you invest in it.
This is what you need and is enough for a family of four:
Preheat oven to 180ºC After the oats are ready, stir in the other ingredients and put it into a baking dish. If you want to decorate it, keep some slices of banana, nuts and maybe few blueberries on the side and decorate the top before you put it in the oven. I like to top my dish with extra nuts, coconut flakes and almond milk. It leaves me satisfied with good energy until noon. Enjoy!
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the oats get golden brown on top.
