This is a very easy and delicious smoothie. You can make in 5 minutes, either as a delicious and nutritious breakfast or as an in between snack:
- 1/2 a pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup of water (and ice if you prefer it cold)
Mix everything together in a blender <3
And if you want to add some omega-3, add a spoonful of chia- or flax seeds.
And for added minerals and some chlorophyll, to clean the blood, add a handful of spinach (or some other favorite green leaves) <3
