Get the most powerful greens available – for FREE. There is nothing as fresh as picking your greens from your garden or the nearest green surroundings (make sure you are in a clean area).
Spring clean your body with green smoothies every day and feel the energy vibrate through your body.
Here is a recipe you will love . Don´t get discouraged by all the ingredients. You don´t need to use all of them. By only using the greens with a banana, you get a good smoothy.
BUT I encourage you to try this one:
- 1 banana (more if you want extra sweetness)
- A handful dandelion from your garden (or another area in your neighborhood)
- A handful frozen mango or berries
- A small slice of lemon with zest + extra lemon zest (gives it a very fresh taste)
- A small piece of fresh ginger (ca. ½ cm / 0.20 inches)
- A spoonful flax seeds (optional)
- ½ – 1 cup water (depending on desired consistency)
Blend everything together in a blender and ENJOY!
