Do you have your almond milk in the fridge? If not, check out how easy it is to make your own delicious almond milk.
But if you already have it ready, this process takes only a minute or so.
Mix together in a blender:
- 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1-2 bananas (if very small, use two)
- 8-10 frozen strawberries
Almonds and almond milk are filled with vitamin E, which contains antioxidants that protects and builds up your skin and gives it a glow, plus it contains magnesium, a mineral that many people lack in today’s world.
Almond milk also contains easily absorbed protein (amino acids), has great cholesterol lowering effects, is effective in reducing the risk of various heart diseases and is effective in weight management.
